2. Acceptance of terms
By continuing to use the website and service you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. The service is intended for adults; if you register on behalf of an organisation you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
3. Description of the service
Needs Test is a self-discovery tool that assesses 69 psychological needs across five groups, provides a summary and, in the paid level, a priority list based on pairwise comparisons with guidance. It is not a medical, psychotherapeutic or diagnostic service and does not replace professional consultation.
The suggestions for meeting a need shown in the results and need descriptions are recommendations only. They are examples of possible actions, not instructions or rules. Everyone decides for themselves whether to use a suggestion and chooses the way of meeting their need that suits them best, taking into account their situation, health, values and other people's boundaries. The service provider is not responsible for decisions made based on these recommendations; if needed, please consult a mental health professional.
4. Account
You agree to provide accurate information, keep it updated, and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. Prohibited use
When using the service you agree not to:
- use it for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws;
- engage in fraud, spam or misleading conduct;
- infringe our or third parties' intellectual property rights;
- interfere with security — use malware, probe the system, scrape content automatically or bypass technical limits;
- reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service.
6. Intellectual property and licence
All rights to the service, its software, test content, text, branding and design belong to the service provider. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for personal purposes according to your chosen plan.
7. Service availability
We aim to keep the service running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Technical maintenance, updates or third-party service disruptions may occur.
8. Payments and access term
Paid access is granted for the selected period (1, 3 or 12 months) and does not auto-renew unless clearly stated otherwise. Prices are shown at checkout together with applicable taxes. Payment, invoicing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Stripe's buyer terms. Refund terms are set out in our refund policy.
9. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Stripe. Stripe is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Stripe provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access in case of material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious policy violations. You may delete your account at any time — your data will then be removed.
11. Warranty disclaimer and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for purpose). We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (lost profits, data or reputational harm). Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months. Liability is not limited for intentional acts, fraud, death or personal injury.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania; disputes are resolved in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules. Consumers may also contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority.
13. Changes to terms
These terms may be updated. Material changes are published on this page together with the update date.
